How to become a member?

Membership is valid for one calendar year. It is created by completing the registration form and paying the annual membership fee of 200 CZK. In the case of continuing membership for another year, it is only necessary to pay the membership fee, a new application form does not need to be filled out. Membership is terminated upon expiry of the term and non-payment of the annual membership fee.
The member and his/her family members listed on the entry form are required to read all rules and regulations, which are binding – see below. Guests of the member who come with the member to the Laser Arena premises are also required to read and abide by these documents.
For children enrolled in our leisure activity – “The Circle”, membership is included in this membership fee for that term. During this half term, the child and their immediate family can enjoy all the benefits of the RC.

  3. Familiarization with the operating rules.
  4. Familiarization with the statutes of the o.s.
  5. Terms and conditions for processing personal data
  6. Consent of legal guardian (children not listed on the application form, guests of a member)

We have two types of membership:

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (RČ)

PAYMENT OF THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE OF 200 CZK AND REGISTRATION OF THE MEMBER ENTITLES TO:

  • Membership account (member can play under their nickname, collect points and advance in the player table on laserliga.cz
  • Discounts on other membership fees (camp, tournament, LG…)
  • There is no need to register all family members, membership is transferable within the family (a small circle – parents and their children). Family members must be listed on the application form. If children are listed on the application form, there is no need to fill out additional consent from a legal guardian, it is included on the application form.
  • The possibility of charging credit and deducting spending from the member’s account (especially suitable for children who might lose their money or this option is widely used as a gift for a child for all occasions – the possibility to print a gift certificate. Attention, money cannot be withdrawn from the account!
    How does this work?
    A parent or a child who has an account with us can deposit any amount into his/her membership account (by arrangement or by transfer) and then pay for his/her spending at the bar or gaming room by deduction.
    You must always report to the bar staff before payment so that the bill does not go out with a traditional cash payment. To check the parent what is happening with the deposit, we can pull up the account history at any time.
  • Discounts on membership fees for games and for guests of our members with an RČ
    As we are aware that you can’t shoot alone in our arena, an additional advantage is the possibility to use your discount (membership prices) for the whole group you bring with you.
    To explain: it’s annoying to explain to your friends you challenge to a duel that they pay more. That’s why you, as our member, can invite your guests (non-members) and enjoy it together for the same price. Only possible if an active member participates.
  • Possibility to purchase advantageous season tickets
  • Priority invitations to events organized by the association
  • Discounts for suburban camps, club, tournament, etc.
  • Tournaments for members only
  • One free Laser game for a member on his birthday 🙂
  • Ring children do not pay an annual fee, it is already part of the membership fee for the relevant term. These children also do not need the consent of a legal guardian, it is already part of the application form.

SHORT-TERM MEMBERSHIP (KČ)

SHORT-TERM MEMBERSHIP – WITHOUT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE 200 CZK (DAILY – ONE-TIME) ALLOWS:

  • Entrance to the “arena” (no member discounts)
    This is a one-time visit to the club. It is the player’s responsibility to read the terms, fees and rules of membership as well as the operating rules and the game and safety rules posted here.
  • top up credit to a member’s account (if they create one)
  • in the case of registering email invitations to LA events
  • placement of the child in a camp or club (no discount)
  • participation in tournaments (no discount)
